Travel is billed separately for engagements outside metro Atlanta.
Three to six weeks is typical. Shorter is often possible — ask rather than assuming the date is gone.
48 hours to turn around. A W-9 and a certificate of insurance are available on request.
Send the enquiry form or book a twenty-minute call. If it is a fit, you get a contract; if it is not, you get told quickly and usually a referral to someone who is.
45 to 60 minutes in person, including Q&A. Virtual runs 30 to 45 minutes, live rather than pre-recorded.
Yes, and this is not a small thing. The themes stay the same; the room does not. A sales kickoff in February and an employee resource group in October should not be getting the same forty minutes.
From 40 to 4,000. The talk changes shape with the room — a 40-person leadership offsite is a different session from a 4,000-seat general session.
Yes. Moderated conversation is an option if that suits your programme better.

A handheld wireless microphone is preferred — he moves, so a lectern mic does not work. A lavalier is an acceptable backup. Open floor, no podium, and 30 minutes of access before doors for a sound and sightline check.
Slides are 16:9 and provided 48 hours ahead. HDMI with a USB-C adapter is available. He can present without slides if your set-up makes them difficult.
Recording for internal use is permitted. Public distribution or excerpting needs written sign-off in advance — ask before the event, not after.
